What You’ll Do
This entry-level Systems Engineering role offers hands-on exposure to avionics product development across requirements, integration, test, verification, and certification. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help deliver safe, reliable avionics systems.
- Contribute to development and verification across the product lifecycle
- Support requirements development, traceability, and compliance activities
- Participate in laboratory testing, system integration, and product validation
- Assist with certification documentation and demonstration of compliance to industry/regulatory standards
- Collaborate with hardware, software, database, and systems engineers
- Troubleshoot issues, support root-cause analysis, and propose product improvements
- Take part in technical reviews, design reviews, and product team meetings
- Support field service and customer questions for assigned products
- Gain exposure to aviation standards and certification processes
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are early-career engineers or recent graduates with strong analytical ability and a desire to learn aerospace systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn complex aerospace systems
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and produce organized engineering deliverables
- Exposure to software development, programming, modeling, or systems engineering concepts is a plus
- Experience with C, C++, MATLAB, or similar engineering tools is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment & Eligibility
This role is onsite in Milton, GA due to the hands-on nature of laboratory testing, systems integration, and close collaboration with engineering teams.
