Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Supply Management Planner to support purchased‑parts delivery for internal and external suppliers. This is a full‑time, contract role based in Fuquay Varina, NC. The position is a strong opportunity for someone beginning or developing a career in supply management, supply chain, logistics, or a related business field.

What You’ll Do

• Support purchased‑parts delivery coordination across internal teams and external suppliers
• Track and monitor supplier deliveries, escalations, and follow‑up actions
• Maintain accurate records and standard operating documentation
• Communicate status updates and exceptions to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner
• Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to prepare reports, analyze data, and support decision making
• Work with ERP systems (SAP familiarity preferred) to update orders and inventory status
• Prioritize tasks to meet delivery and production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to coordinate priorities and work effectively with internal teams and suppliers
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to commute to Fuquay Varina, NC for on‑site work as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (Supply Management, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related), or relevant coursework
• Recent graduates from two‑year or four‑year programs are encouraged to apply
• SAP experience or familiarity with other ERP systems
• Relevant internship, co‑op, part‑time, or prior supply/sourcing experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: $30.00 per hour (typical base pay across the U.S.: $30.00 - $30.00/hr)
• Non‑exempt — eligible for overtime at 1.5x base hourly rate when applicable under federal, state or local law
• Benefits (may vary by hire and eligibility): medical, dental, vision, HSA options, 401(k) with match, paid time off, bereavement leave, life & disability insurance, commuter and dependent care benefits, and voluntary supplemental insurance options
• Final offer within the posted base pay is determined by skills, education and experience
