Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Supply Chain Specialists to join warehouse operations in Whitestown, IN. This is a full-time, exempt position designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates (campus recruitment). The role is hands-on and rotational across warehouse functions to build practical experience in logistics, inventory, and operations systems. This role is eligible for employer‑sponsored work authorization in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in rotations across key warehouse functions: daily operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Support business projects such as inventory optimization, process improvement, and data-driven analysis.
• Learn and use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support inventory control, discrepancy handling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with local teams and corporate partners to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations for business reviews and process optimization.
• Assume entry-level supervisory tasks over time (e.g., front-line shift/area lead) as you develop.
• Attend training, assessments, and development programs to expand operational and management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial/Engineering Management, or a related field — candidates graduating between May 2026 and December 2026 are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in warehousing, logistics, and operations; analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated logical thinking, clear communication, and resilience under pressure.
• Internship or project experience in supply chain or operations is preferred.
