What You’ll Do

• Support program proposal requirements and prepare procurement input for proposals.
• Research part numbers and supplier usage history to inform sourcing decisions.
• Develop compliant RFQ packages and coordinate the RFQ process to collect supplier quotes.
• Analyze RFQ responses and present findings to program teams.
• Provide written updates to suppliers and internal program stakeholders.
• On-board suppliers into ERP systems (SAP and Costpoint) and support supplier enablement.
• Assist with invoice support and basic procurement administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model (Magna, UT or Promontory, UT); travel ~10% as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Basic qualifications (required)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite for clearance-required roles).

Preferred qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Prior supply chain or procurement experience in aerospace, defense, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Costpoint or other ERP supplier onboarding processes.

Compensation & Work Location

• Salary range: $49,400 to $74,200 per year (provided by the employer).
• Location: Hybrid — Magna, UT or Promontory, UT. Some remote work flexibility may be available per program needs.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Estimated travel: ~10%.
