Supply Chain Process Lead — Minerva Park, OH
What You’ll Do
This entry-level, on-site Supply Chain Process Lead supports supply-chain standard work by creating executive-level presentations and supporting basic process improvements under manager supervision.
- Develop and design executive-level PowerPoint presentations, leadership communications, and visual materials for senior leadership audiences.
- Transform complex business information, strategies, and data into clear, concise, and compelling executive narratives.
- Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather content and develop audience-focused presentations.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved AI tools to enhance content creation, presentation design, research, and productivity.
- Ensure deliverables meet executive standards for quality, accuracy, branding, formatting, and visual impact.
- Apply visual storytelling techniques (graphics, infographics, presentation best practices) to improve audience engagement and understanding.
- Provide recommendations to improve visual design and executive storytelling for reports and dashboards; collaborate with reporting/analytics teams as needed.
- Support implementation of basic process improvements under manager supervision.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience (if no degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
- Entry-level role — no prior professional experience required; internships or related coursework preferred.
- Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling visual and written narratives.
- Experience supporting executive leaders or preparing materials for leadership/board-level audiences is a plus.
Other Must Haves
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint experience, including development of executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with business leaders, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of presentation design, visual communication, and storytelling principles.
- Knowledge of dashboard and reporting fundamentals is a plus (this is not a reporting/analytics or Power BI development role).
Location & Working Model
- This is an on-site role based in Minerva Park, OH. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to the Columbus area are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $74,000 - $90,000 per year.
- Annual bonus eligibility.
