The Supply Chain Planning Analyst is an entry-level role focused on supporting supply chain and inventory management activities to optimize operational efficiency and warehouse performance. What You’ll Do
This entry-level Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Early Talent) role supports day-to-day and strategic supply chain activities to improve inventory health, warehouse utilization, and on-time delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams (planning, sourcing, logistics, and suppliers) to implement inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and customer requirements.
- Support development and execution of supply chain strategies to improve operational performance and service levels.
- Lead or support inventory and warehouse optimization initiatives to improve capacity, inventory turns, and facility performance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to supply-chain processes and system parameters.
- Support lead-time rationalization projects and align system parameters to supplier lead times and demand.
- Help design and implement pull replenishment strategies in support of Lean initiatives.
- Analyze inventory trends and work with Logistics Planning Analysts (LPAs) and suppliers to reduce excess material and optimize material flow.
- Support disposition, surplus/obsolete material processes, and inventory reduction efforts.
Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have graduated from an accredited university with a 4-year degree or higher within the last TWO years, or have a future graduation date by May 2027.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and materials planning concepts.
- Demonstrated interest or background in supply chain, manufacturing/operations, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Top Candidates May Also Have (Preferred)
- Coursework or internship experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Management, MRP, or Logistics.
- Familiarity with process improvement and Lean concepts.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, basic SQL, or similar) and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external suppliers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Summary pay range: $81,370 - $122,060 per year.

Work Location & Conditions
- This position requires working onsite five days a week in Lafayette, IN.
