What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Supply Chain Managers to join its Supply Network Operations team. This role gives recent and upcoming graduates hands-on responsibility from Day 1 to help move products to customers reliably and efficiently.
- Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies across warehouse and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Lead delivery and start-up of new equipment, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
- Control inventory using warehouse management systems and processes
- Manage timely shipping and receiving of customer orders
- Design and use digital tools to scale work and simplify processes
- Develop and maintain operational standards to meet performance targets
- Work with robotics and automation (automated storage/retrieval, automated picking systems, self-guided vehicles)
- Manage production/material scheduling and capacity planning
- Support new-product launches and ensure freight capacity and reliable transportation
- Build training materials, coach associates, and create learning programs
- Forecast customer demand and partner with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability
Where You Might Work
Confidential Client staffs Supply Network Operations professionals in two environments. Your final placement will determine daily focus and team composition.
Fulfillment center / warehouse environment
- Hands-on operations with automation and robotics
- Focus on inventory flow, throughput, and large-team management
- Opportunities to implement digital tools and lead process improvements
Office environment (headquarters, sales office, or innovation center)
- Forecasting, capacity planning, and launch coordination
- Cross-functional work with Manufacturing, QA, IT, and Engineering
- Business planning and customer relationship management
What We’re Looking For
This entry-level role is aimed at recent or upcoming graduates with strong analytical ability, leadership potential, and a practical, hands-on mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field — or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay / salary range (posted): $92,000 – $116,500 per year (entry-level range as listed for this role)
- Total rewards may include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits (medical, savings plans, equity/stock where offered)
