Key Responsibilities

Confidential Client is hiring Supply Chain Manager candidates to support their Supply Network Operations. Depending on final placement, you may work in fulfillment center / warehouse operations or an office environment supporting forecasting, planning and customer partnership functions.

  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain
  • Lead delivery, start-up and scale of new equipment, automation and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Control inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and established processes
  • Manage timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and inbound supply
  • Design and deploy digital tools to drive scale and simplify work
  • Develop and improve standards to meet processing-area performance targets
  • Work with state-of-the-art robotics and automation (self-guided vehicles, automated storage & retrieval, automated picking)
  • Manage scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
  • Enable the launch of new products to market
  • Build and deliver learning programs, coaching and on‑the‑job training for teams
  • Partner with retail customers and internal functions (Manufacturing, QA, IT, Engineering) to ensure on-shelf availability

Who You Are / Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem solving using creativity and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments and work effectively across multicultural teams
  • Aptitude for systems-driven inventory and process control (WMS, data tools, automation awareness)

Preferred/Helpful experience (not required but relevant):

  • Exposure to warehouse automation projects or robotics
  • Experience with inventory optimization and forecasting
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
