Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Supply Chain Manager for recent and upcoming graduates. This role focuses on warehouse automation, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and continuous improvement across end-to-end supply network operations (SNO). You’ll work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, IT, Engineering) and may be placed in a fulfillment center/warehouse or office environment depending on the assignment.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies to improve warehouse and E2E supply flow
  • Lead delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and automation projects
  • Control inventory using warehouse management systems and processes
  • Manage timely shipping and receiving of customer orders
  • Design and use digital tools to scale operations and simplify work
  • Develop and improve operational standards to meet performance targets
  • Work with robotics and automation (self-guided vehicles, AS/RS, automated picking)
  • Manage scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
  • Enable launches of new products to market
  • Create learning programs; coach and train associates and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure freight capacity and reliable transportation
  • Forecast customer demand and partner with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability

Who You Are / Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
  • Visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership potential
  • Ability to innovate and apply creative solutions to business processes
  • Comfortable collaborating in multicultural, cross-functional teams

Preferred (beneficial)

  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in warehouse automation and robotics
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory optimization, and digital tools for process improvement
  • Internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
