Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for entry-level hires and recent/upcoming graduates. This role supports end-to-end supply network operations (SNO) across warehouse and office environments, focused on warehouse automation, inventory control, launch readiness, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Manager you will have hands-on responsibility from day one to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products and to improve warehouse and distribution performance. Typical responsibilities include:
- Identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies across the warehouse and E2E supply chain
- Leading delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
- Controlling inventory using warehouse management systems and best-practice processes
- Managing timely shipping and receiving of customer orders
- Designing and using digital tools to scale operations and simplify work
- Developing and improving standards to meet performance targets
- Working with robotics and automation (self-guided vehicles, AS/RS, automated picking)
- Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
- Enabling new product launches and supporting cross-functional readiness
- Constructing training programs, coaching, and development for associates
- Partnering with customers and transportation partners to ensure on-shelf availability
Where You May Work
This role may be based in a fulfillment center/warehouse environment or an office setting depending on placement:
- Fulfillment Center / Warehouse: implement automation, optimize inventory flow, lead large associate teams
- Office / Headquarters: forecasting, production and material capacity planning, transportation and launch coordination

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong leadership with visionary, strategic, and courageous decision-making
- Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset
- Strong analytical and process-thinking skills with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams
