Confidential Client is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator (entry-level) to support daily operations at a growing third‑party logistics (3PL) operation in Richmond, VA. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates launching a career in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations who want exposure to shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and customer communication.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate shipments and transportation activities across customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Monitor orders and delivery schedules to support on‑time performance
- Communicate status updates and service information to customers and logistics partners
- Track inventory, freight movements, and supply chain metrics
- Assist with problem resolution and recommend continuous process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in transportation and logistics systems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field — OR relevant experience in a 3PL, transportation, or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer‑service orientation
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business/transportation systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

- Location: Richmond, VA — on site
- Estimated base pay: $56,533 per year (estimated)
