What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (I/II) to lead and support corporate travel & expenses analytics and broader supply chain reporting. This role balances hands-on data analysis, process improvement, vendor coordination, and end-user support.

• Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for Corporate Travel and Employee Related Business Expenses (CT&E).
• Manage the CT&E program: pre-audit expenses, analyze employee business expenses, and recommend process improvements.
• Produce detailed reports on expenses, charges, credit limits and vendor performance to support program controls.
• Monitor system and process performance; identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with travel vendors, corporate credit card providers, IT and cross-functional teams for system updates and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials and documentation for supply chain and CT&E systems.
• Present data and improvement scenarios to non-technical and technical stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
• Provide training and one-on-one support to end users as needed.
• Ensure adherence to controls, SOX compliance, and corporate policy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field required.
• Analyst I is entry-level (experience desired but not required); Analyst II requires demonstrated experience in analytics or CT&E programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Word; experience presenting data visually and communicating insights.
• Knowledge or experience with Corporate Travel & Expense programs and systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, DEEM, Wells Fargo) is desired.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Location

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay Ranges (provided by Confidential Client):
  • SC Analyst I (13A): $54,400 – $68,000 per year
  • SC Analyst II (14A): $66,600 – $83,200 per year
• Work Location: Kansas City Headquarters or Topeka General Office; role supports both in-office and remote (telecommute) work.
• Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some projects may require additional hours.
