What You’ll Do

Confidential Client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is hiring an Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing and procurement activities. This contract-to-hire role provides hands-on exposure to supplier management, cost analysis, and supply chain planning in a professional corporate environment.

• Analyze supplier pricing, quotations, and purchasing data
• Support sourcing and supplier selection activities
• Research industry trends, market conditions, and commodity pricing
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Assist with cost reduction and savings initiatives
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, production, and supply chain teams
• Create and manage reports using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain purchasing and supplier information systems (ERP/purchasing software)
• Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations
• Support procurement activities for new product and model launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic macros helpful)
• Internship or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, or Purchasing
• Comfortable interacting with suppliers and supporting negotiation activities
• Familiarity with ERP systems or purchasing software is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour (hourly pay; final offer depends on qualifications and experience)
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for direct hire by Confidential Client
