What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Supervisor to help run a busy entertainment center. This is an active, on-your-feet role stepping in for management as needed and ensuring the center delivers an outstanding guest experience every shift.

• Oversee center operations in the absence of General Manager / Assistant GM / Operations Manager
• Deliver and model exceptional guest service; proactively resolve guest complaints
• Execute local marketing and sales initiatives (leagues, open play, F&B promotions) to drive revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and league officers; manage league-related administration
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach hourly team members
• Lead by example—motivate team members and work alongside them to maintain high standards
• Support and help grow the Food & Beverage program to improve guest satisfaction and sales
• Work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) as required by center operations

Qualifications

We’re looking for a service-oriented, growth-minded leader who can develop others and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
• Comfortable working variable schedules, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour (as listed). This position is full-time.
• Confidential Client offers performance-based incentives and a competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and other programs; specific benefits may vary by role and location.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Typical entertainment/center environment: walking, standing, bending for extended periods
• May lift or assist with lifting objects
• Fast-paced, guest-facing setting where flexibility and stamina are important
