What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural analysis and design for new buildings, additions, and renovation projects across commercial, institutional, and mixed-use sectors
  • Develop and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver technically sound, cost‑effective structural solutions
  • Manage project tasks and deliverables as part of a cross‑functional project team
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through professional communication and responsiveness
  • Grow into project leadership responsibilities commensurate with experience
  • Apply engineering judgment to evaluate existing structures and proposed designs

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus)
  • Experienced role: 2–5+ years of structural engineering design experience in a consulting or AEC environment
  • Entry‑level role: internship or co‑op exposure to structural design preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of structural design software
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously within a team‑based workflow
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • EIT certification preferred; PE licensure a plus for experienced candidates

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour (DOE); OT paid at 1.5x
  • Employment: Full‑time / Direct hire (contractor engagement may apply per project)
  • Benefits include 100% employer‑paid family healthcare, annual bonuses, and a $2,000 HSA contribution

Location & Schedule

  • Cincinnati, IN — Monday–Friday, day shift
  • On‑site presence expected per project requirements (local candidates preferred)
