This is an early-career, high-growth role focused on FP&A, revenue analytics, and sales performance reporting. You will work closely with finance, GTM operations, accounting, and analytics teams to deliver models and insights that influence operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct month-end close tasks and variance / trend analyses to monitor performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Partner with GTM Operations to align forecasts, analyze sales performance, and surface actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Work with Accounting to verify expense recording and ensure cross-team financial alignment.
  • Convert financial data and market signals into concise narrative updates for Sales and GTM leadership.
  • Build, maintain, and refine FP&A models and planning tools to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Model expected outcomes and track progress for strategic initiatives and company KPIs.
  • Track headcount and hiring plans with People Ops / Recruiting; analyze personnel-related expenses against budget.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Deal Strategy to model topline growth, analyze ARR trends, and support accurate revenue recognition.
  • Produce timely ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives and emerging operational trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or strategy (internships acceptable).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate complex numbers into a clear story.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, "find a solution" mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives working autonomously within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to tech / SaaS businesses or experience supporting Sales / GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar).
  • Experience with data platforms or querying (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Datadog) and analytics workflows.

Location & Work Model

  • This position is hybrid: Salt Lake City, UT / South Jordan office presence required two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday). Remote work is supported on other days per team needs.

Compensation (Estimated)

  • Estimated annual compensation: $118,876 per year (estimated).

Why This Role

  • Hands-on FP&A experience early in your career with direct exposure to revenue operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Accounting, Analytics, and People Ops.
  • Opportunity to develop strong financial modeling and storytelling skills in a fast-scaling environment.
