What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Strategic Finance Analyst role supporting GTM (Sales & Go‑To‑Market) finance and corporate FP&A. You will work on month‑end processes, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad‑hoc modeling that help leadership make informed decisions. This position is designed for an early‑career finance professional who wants hands‑on exposure to revenue operations, financial modeling, and cross‑functional business partnering.

  • Conduct month‑end close tasks and variance / trend analysis to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with GTM Operations to align forecasts, analyze sales performance, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure expenses are recorded accurately and financial results align across teams
  • Translate financial results and market trends into concise narrative updates for Sales & GTM leadership
  • Build, maintain, and refine FP&A models and planning processes to improve forecast accuracy
  • Model expected outcomes and track progress on strategic initiatives and company metrics (e.g., ARR trends, topline growth)
  • Work with People Ops and Recruiting to track headcount, analyze hiring plans, and monitor personnel expense against budgets
  • Deliver timely, ad‑hoc financial analyses to support business cases and leadership decision‑making

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 0–1 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or strategy (internships count)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Strong understanding of foundational corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis
  • Problem‑solving mindset and a proactive, “find a solution” approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — ability to simplify complex numbers into a clear narrative
  • Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in tech / SaaS or supporting a Sales / Operations team
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning)
  • Exposure to analytics / data platforms (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Datadog) or experience with data querying and warehousing

Location & Work Model

  • This position is hybrid and located in Bonnie, UT. The role combines remote work with in‑office collaboration at our Bonnie, UT office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday). Applicants must be able to commute to the Bonnie, UT office as required.

Compensation (as listed)
