What You’ll Do
Launch your career in dental staffing supporting our Confidential Client. This entry-level, people-focused recruiting role will teach you how to source, screen, and place dental professionals into temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm opportunities across regional practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for dental roles (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants)
- Place clinicians into temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm assignments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental offices and candidates to understand staffing needs and career goals
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and client practices
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth placements for clinicians
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM/ATS and tracking tools
- Collaborate with internal team to meet fill-rate, quality, and client satisfaction targets
- Provide timely follow-up and resolve placement or scheduling issues
What We’re Looking For
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field)
- Any recruiting, HR, or staffing coursework or certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools and basic data entry best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling and calendar management experience
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of dental roles and terminology preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare confidentiality standards is beneficial

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $54,000 - $66,000 per year (Dayton, TX)
