Confidential Client is hiring full-time, entry-level Staff Engineers for their San Diego, CA office. Join a growing structural engineering consulting team working with architects, builders, and developers across the U.S. on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

What You’ll Do
You will support Project Engineers on structural design and documentation for houses, offices, apartments, and mixed-use buildings. Typical responsibilities include:
- Design gravity components (beams, columns, footings)
- Design lateral systems (shear walls, moment frames)
- Review shop drawings
- Conduct site visits and construction observation
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
Qualifications
We encourage applicants who meet most of the following:
- 0–4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication; strong teamwork skills
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred (not required)
