What You’ll Do

You will support Project Engineers on structural design and documentation for houses, offices, apartments, and mixed-use buildings. Typical responsibilities include:

• Design gravity components (beams, columns, footings)
• Design lateral systems (shear walls, moment frames)
• Review shop drawings
• Conduct site visits and construction observation
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams

Qualifications

We encourage applicants who meet most of the following:

• 0–4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication; strong teamwork skills
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred (not required)
