Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Staff Accountants to join their Sierra, NV office. This is an early-career opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of tax and/or audit experience who value professionalism, technical accuracy, and career growth. The role follows a hybrid schedule (in-office four days per week) and provides mentorship from firm partners and managers, exposure to a variety of clients, and opportunities for career progression on a CPA track.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare individual, fiduciary, partnership, not-for-profit, and corporate income tax returns under supervisor direction
- Prepare tax projections to help clients minimize taxes and determine quarterly estimated payments
- Research tax and accounting issues and clearly communicate analysis and conclusions
- Perform audit, review, and compilation procedures and assist in preparing financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Working toward or already met the 150-semester unit requirement for CPA licensure (current or grandfathered rules); CPA license is a plus
- 0–2 years tax and/or audit experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
