What You’ll Do

You will own MarTech features end-to-end across mobile clients and server-side systems. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Instrument marketing and attribution events in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) apps and maintain SDK integrations.
  • Implement privacy & consent flows and ensure compliant event collection.
  • Build and maintain server-side event delivery, APIs, and services that feed attribution partners, ad platforms, and the data warehouse.
  • Develop marketing operations tooling: programmatic ad-platform management, creative management systems, audience sync services, and analyst-facing tools.
  • Design and ship AI/agent-ready tooling and MCP servers to enable marketer workflows with LLMs/agents.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, drive ambiguous and unowned problems to resolution, and contribute to team standards and instrumentation best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to measure campaign performance and improve attribution.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications — candidates should meet most of the following:

  • 4+ years building and shipping production software, with hands-on experience on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), including SDK integration and App Store / Play Store release lifecycle.
  • Full-stack or backend experience building APIs and server-side services in a modern language (Node, Python, Go, Kotlin) or the demonstrated ability and drive to grow into that work.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous/ unowned scopes and drive them to completion.
  • Active, effective use of AI tooling (Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to learn quickly and ship.
  • Comfortable owning work end-to-end and shifting between client and backend contexts.
  • Interest in building MCP/agent tooling to expose platforms to Claude and other agents.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
  • Prior work with marketing / attribution SDKs (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, Branch), SKAdNetwork, or Google Play Install Referrer.
  • Familiarity with ad-platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and server-side tracking (Meta CAPI, server-side GTM).
  • Experience building LLM-powered or agentic tooling, including MCP.
  • Background in MarTech / AdTech, attribution, or measurement systems.

Working Model & Location

  • This role is based in Palo Alto, CA and is primarily hybrid (in-office ~3 days/week per team guidance).
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. The salary below reflects a Palo Alto, CA–based role and may be adjusted for other authorized work locations if applicable.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $180,000 - $215,000 (for Palo Alto, CA). Final offer will consider experience, skills, and internal equity. Salary may be geographically adjusted if working outside the posted location.
