What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain production-quality software that meets business and performance requirements
- Translate product requirements into system architecture, technical designs, and implementation plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth deployments, observability, and incident response
- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards
- Mentor teammates and help shape technical direction and best practices
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Proven experience building and shipping production software in a collaborative engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience diagnosing system-level issues and applying pragmatic fixes
- Comfortable contributing to architectural discussions and implementing robust, maintainable code
- Effective communicator who can work with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience (or related field)
Nice to Have
- Cloud certifications or experience deploying services to major cloud platforms
- Formal certifications (for example, vendor certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional)
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale software development, observability, or distributed systems
