What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a high-performing engineering team. You will:

• Deliver production-grade web applications across the full stack (front-end + back-end) for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive improvements in code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational reliability.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and help shape technical direction.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Proven full stack engineering experience building and shipping web applications in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, version control, and code review practices.
• Experience working in medium-to-large enterprise settings — experience at Capital One or similar large fintech/enterprise organizations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach.
