What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that measure internal communications performance across channels.
• Automate collection, consolidation, and reporting of communications metrics to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
• Learn and integrate metrics from 3+ systems used by the employee communications teams (email, intranet, mobile, collaboration tools, etc.).
• Analyze engagement and campaign performance across email, intranet, mobile, collaboration, and other employee communications platforms.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns, leadership communications, and enterprise initiatives.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations and data-driven storytelling to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Support executive reporting and stakeholder presentations with polished visualizations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience automating data collection and reporting using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong dashboarding and data visualization skills with attention to accuracy and clarity.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into concise business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with communication, engagement, or employee-experience data is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (per role requirements) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Schedule & Terms

• Employment type: Contractor (part-time)
• Engagement length: ~12 months (contract)
• Typical shift window: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (remote/telecommute)
• Location: Remote (telecommute) — this posting is for North Chicago, IL (for location-based searches/records)
