What You’ll Do

  • Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise sources to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements, translating them into analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, and SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to support planning, performance management, and process improvement.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and analytics.
  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement using historical and current business data.
  • Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure appropriate data models, availability, and optimized access to enterprise data for analytics and reporting.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, business rules, reporting logic, and analytics processes.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and information security standards while accessing and analyzing enterprise data.
  • Mentor junior analysts and help establish best practices for analytics, reporting standards, and data usage across the organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute analytical expertise to enterprise transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Travel or relocate to client sites within the United States as required; exact locations and frequency will vary depending on project needs.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $136,490.00 per year

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field; OR in lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related occupation (or 4 years if using alternate experience path).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
    • SAP BusinessObjects
    • Microsoft Power BI
    • Snowflake
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience performing data validation and reconciliation.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into business-friendly insights.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Travel & Work Authorization

  • Travel and relocation to unanticipated client sites within the United States may be required; frequency and location will vary by project.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible and qualified individuals.
