What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Sr Associate on a Product Management team focused on Payments (PULSE). This is an early-career product management role where you will learn and execute core product practices while driving improvements to payment experiences used by millions of customers.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations, risk) to break epics into features and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and prioritize MVPs for quick, testable delivery.
• Use hypothesis-driven experiments and data to validate product decisions and measure success.
• Own feature roadmaps for assigned product areas (e.g., Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, Go-to-Market).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risk, ensure compliance, and coordinate releases.
• Participate in horizontal forums to align on platform standards and architecture strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward action, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
• 1+ years as a product owner participating in an agile development process.
• Experience or interest in payments, authorizations, settlements, or disputes is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary (Plano, TX): $101,100 - $115,400 per year.
• This role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (bonuses and/or long-term incentives) per company plan.
• Confidential Client offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, retirement savings, and other programs. Eligibility and specifics vary by role and location.
