Sr. Associate, Product Management – Card Recoveries Platform

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s Card Recoveries team is building the next-generation platform that supports a multibillion-dollar recoveries business. You’ll join as a Sr. Associate on the Product team focused on modernizing processes, increasing automation, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Partner with operations, business analysts, designers, data scientists and engineers to define destination-state platform architecture and internal experience.
- Decompose business epics into features and user stories; write clear acceptance criteria and drive development toward MVPs for rapid validation.
- Prioritize and own feature roadmaps, balancing risk, compliance, and business value.
- Design and validate hypotheses using data to improve recovery rates and operational efficiency.
- Lead efforts to automate manual processes and improve core platform performance, monitoring outcomes and iterating on results.
- Operate autonomously in an Agile environment, shepherding features from discovery through delivery and rollout.
- Communicate product intent, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across functions; escalate and manage risks proactively.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer (At this time, Confidential Client will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
- 1+ years working as a product owner in an Agile development process.
Compensation & Benefits
- McLean, VA salary range (full-time): $111,200 - $126,900 (for Sr. Associate, Product Management).
- This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (bonuses and/or long-term incentives) where applicable.
