Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Sr Associate — Digital Product Management to join a Loyalty & Benefits platform team in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with engineering and cross-functional partners to prioritize backlog items, define user stories and MVPs, and deliver high-quality back-end systems that power loyalty qualification, tracking, and integrations. This is a hands-on product role on an Agile scrum team focused on core account attributes, program qualification, and channel integrations.

Estimated salary range: $89,250 - $150,250 per year (final pay depends on experience, location, and other job-related factors).


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlog items.
  • Lead a scrum team focused on maintaining and improving back-end bonus-qualification and loyalty systems.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVP definitions to enable predictable delivery.
  • Use metrics and analytics to drive product decisions and measure impact.
  • Identify technical gaps and coordinate with engineering to resolve risks and dependencies.
  • Support research and business-case development for new features and product improvements.
  • Maintain core product documentation, roadmaps, and release timelines.
  • Foster a culture of product ownership and agile delivery across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building business cases and conducting preliminary regulatory impact research.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog; establish timelines for releases.
  • Collaborate with analytics to prioritize measurement and insights requests.
  • Consult with cross-functional partners (marketing, membership rewards, operations, channels) for integrations and fulfillment.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability and extensibility of loyalty and benefits capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience working on or with software development teams (product, engineering, delivery).
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and related product features.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies; experience maintaining a healthy scrum backlog.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders across levels.
  • Analytical problem-solving and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Phoenix office a minimum of three days per week (hybrid schedule).
  • Depending on role and business need, Confidential Client may provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with loyalty/benefits platforms, qualification/tracking systems, or offer/program engines.
  • Prior experience defining MVPs and shipping incremental improvements in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with back-end integrations, partner channels, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to define success metrics.
