What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Sprint Shop Supervisor (A-Shift) to lead a small production team in a logistics and warehouse environment. You will supervise daily shop operations, ensure safety and quality, and support inventory control and material handling activities.
- Oversee and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns
- Supervise production associates performing loading/unloading, material accounting, and assembly/installation of server racks and components
- Monitor production areas for accuracy, neatness and compliance with procedures
- Advise and coach team members; provide hands-on support when needed
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality and safety
- Maintain service-level agreements using internal systems and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Ensure shop and personnel follow safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Lead daily shift workflow, assign tasks, and track completion against targets
- Use multiple systems and dashboards to account for materials and update inventory records
- Inspect completed work for conformance to policy and quality standards
- Train and mentor entry-level associates in core tasks and safe work practices
- Support hiring, attendance, performance feedback, and basic disciplinary actions per client policy
Qualifications
- Entry-level leadership role — prior supervisory or lead experience in warehouse, logistics, or production preferred
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to use multiple internal/external systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy
- Must be able to pass federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and/or required drug and alcohol tests
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered
Schedule & Location
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (A-Shift)
- Location: Lincolnville, SC (on-site)
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base pay range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (actual pay determined by experience, skills, education, and location)
- Benefits information (health, retirement, leave, etc.) varies by location and will be provided by the Confidential Client during recruiting
