What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Program Management Specialist to support the Next Generation Jammer - Low Band (NGJ‑LB) program. You will work closely with Program Managers and engineering teams to coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and help keep program workflows on track.

  • Coordinate with Program Managers and Engineers to finalize project plan presentations.
  • Establish timelines, schedule meetings, and track deadlines across multiple teams.
  • Organize, maintain, and track program and project documentation (logs, reports, trackers).
  • Prepare materials and slide decks to support program meetings and reviews.
  • Participate in program meetings; capture action items, follow up, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with processing staff expense reports and resolving related questions.
  • Support SharePoint and MS Teams administration and content organization.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support program needs.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve coordination, documentation, and meeting preparation while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and following confidentiality rules.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years’ related experience; OR Graduate degree with 0–2 years’ related experience; OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years’ related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience using AI-enabled applications responsibly — validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred

  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams administration.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Familiarity with Government FARs and working in a government contracting environment.
  • Experience with Visio and Access is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Estimated base salary: $49,543 per year (estimated).
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Schedule: 9/80 schedule (work 9 out of every 14 days; every other Friday off) as noted by the client.
  • This role is onsite and based in Bonnie, UT. Some positions supporting government work may require the ability to obtain a security clearance; where applicable, security clearances are typically limited to U.S. citizens.
  • The client may perform pre-employment background checks and substance screening where permitted by law.

Location & Worksite

  • Worksite: Onsite in Bonnie, UT (Confidential Client facility).
  • Applicants must be able to commute to the Bonnie, UT worksite as required by the role.

  • This position supports an IT program (NGJ-LB) in a defense/contractor environment.
