Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Specialist I - Marketing to support execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on email and social media. This role helps develop, build and deliver campaigns and promotions, coordinates assets and timelines, and supports reporting and workflow documentation. The position is based in Quivira, KS and is a salaried, exempt role with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Estimated pay: $46,953 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing email programs: list organization, list scrubbing, data hygiene and campaign builds.
- Build and QA email campaigns — test links, review layouts and ensure accurate setup prior to send.
- Execute day-to-day social media tasks: create, schedule, publish and monitor content.
- Support content planning and execution for integrated customer and prospect campaigns and contests.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and deliverables across teams and channels.
- Write, review and edit marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand alignment.
- Assist with documenting email workflows, processes and campaign playbooks.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and follow through on assigned initiatives.
- Provide timely support for sales-rep requests and internal marketing needs.
- Track and contribute to weekly status updates, project reporting and process documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Work or internship experience in a marketing group preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, project management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and in teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and open to feedback and continuous learning.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Brevo, Pardot, Canva and Monday.com preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic AI prompting skills and/or video production skills are a plus.
- AP Style familiarity helpful for editing marketing items.

- Location: Quivira, KS (onsite / office-based).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
