What You’ll Do

You will support a confidential client’s sales team by managing customer relationships across English- and Spanish-speaking markets and by providing technical support for product selection and application. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, and online meetings to introduce and recommend products based on application needs
• Research and identify prospective clients and market opportunities in Central and South America
• Provide market feedback and customer-driven product insights to internal teams
• Review product designs and specifications to confirm quality and fit for customer requirements
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, including occasional international travel
• Respond to client questions, requests, and service needs in a timely, professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

What We’re Looking For

We welcome entry-level candidates with the right combination of language ability, organization, and technical interest. Required and preferred qualifications:

• Spanish language skills — business-level fluency required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred (not required)
• Interest or experience with industrial equipment is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed (domestic and occasional international)
• Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs and perform routine physical activity associated with field visits or trade shows
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• This position does not support visa sponsorships or relocation assistance

While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear, and use close and distance vision.
