Position summary

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Spanish‑bilingual Recruiter / Sales Trainee in West Lake Hills, TX. This full-time role combines candidate sourcing and screening with client-facing sales activities, weekly commission opportunities, and a clear promotion path into sales/account management.

What You’ll Do

• Identify qualified candidates using phone outreach, job boards, social sourcing and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and readiness
• Partner with Account Managers to target key accounts, specialties, and market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and clients
• Participate in community outreach and volunteer activities representing the organization

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $45,000 per year during/after training, with weekly commission opportunities
• After 1 year of tenure: base increases to $55,000 with ongoing commission and performance incentives
• Projected recruiter earnings:
  • Year 1: $50,000
  • Year 2: $76,000
  • Year 3: $102,000

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish (oral and written) — bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Customer- or sales-focused experience (preferred)
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, coachability, and a desire to build a sales/recruiting career
