What You’ll Do

This role—Spanish Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (entry-level to manager level considered)—will support finance operations across North America and Korea while acting as a primary liaison among global finance teams. Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks (AP/AR entries, reconciliations, month-end support)
• Assist treasury activities and cash management processes
• Support tax reporting and compliance tasks as assigned
• Support FP&A activities: data collection, variance analysis, and reporting
• Serve as a bilingual (Spanish) point of contact between finance teams in the U.S., Mexico, and Korea
• Help document and improve finance processes across subsidiaries and manufacturing operations
• Work with ERP/SAP or other finance systems to prepare and validate financial data
• Communicate finance-related matters internally and with overseas teams; translate and clarify financial information when required

Qualifications

Minimum requirements (candidates across a wide range of experience levels are encouraged to apply):

• Spanish proficiency required (business-level speaking/reading/writing)
• Business-level English or Korean communication ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
• Comfort working with financial data and basic accounting principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multinational teams

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in manufacturing finance or accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience at multinational companies or with overseas subsidiaries
• Trilingual candidates (Korean / English / Spanish) are highly valued
• Candidates with limited finance experience but strong growth potential will be considered; training available

• Estimated annual compensation: $87,780 per year (estimated)
