What You’ll Do
This entry-level Sourcing Specialist role is designed for candidates who want hands-on recruiting experience and a clear path to a full Recruiter position. Working with Confidential Client, you will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting the recruiting team.
- Source and engage candidates via phone, email, and resume databases (SmartSearch / ATS).
- Qualify and pre-screen candidates; document candidate details and status in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner with recruiting team members to submit qualified candidates for open roles.
- Assist with reference checks and initial candidate follow-up.
- Identify potential sales leads and share qualified prospects with sales/recruiting partners.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and support multiple searches simultaneously.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, or sourcing tools.
- Interest in building a recruiting career and willingness to learn formal sourcing/recruiting processes.

Compensation & Benefits
