What You’ll Do

This is an early-career graduate opportunity where you'll join a product, technical, marketing, or program team and contribute to real product outcomes with mentorship and cross-functional support. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Support product roadmapping, requirements gathering, user stories and backlog management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and business teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Help define and measure product metrics; run basic analysis and A/B tests using SQL and analytics tools.
  • Assist with API/integration requirements and coordinate with technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer/user research and translate findings into product improvements.
  • Create presentations and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to product lifecycle activities: releases, documentation, and prioritization.
  • Support program and project planning, risk tracking, and dependency management for cross-functional initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

To be eligible for this graduate hire requisition you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Has completed or is in the process of completing a university degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and will have completed the degree prior to the start date.
  • No more than 24 months of prior professional work experience directly related to the role being applied for (internships, teaching assistantships, research, and military service are typically excluded).
  • No more than 12 months since graduation from a university program (per requisition rules).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain work authorization in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future. This opportunity does not provide immigration or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with product management practices: roadmapping, user stories, backlog prioritization.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable using Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic SQL and data-analysis skills; exposure to Python or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product/UX research or analytics, A/B testing, and interpreting product metrics.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and supporting complex, cross-functional projects.

Compensation & Benefits (Colorado applicants)

Per Colorado pay-transparency requirements and to support informed applications, the expected pay range for this role in the United States is:

  • Base pay range: $65,600 to $101,000 USD annually. Actual compensation will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Additional compensation may include bonus and/or equity where applicable.
