Summer 2027: Software Engineering Intern - Full Stack
The Software Engineering Intern at Confidential Client will contribute to the design, development, and testing of full stack software applications that impact millions of users. This role offers hands-on experience with AI and emerging technologies within a collaborative, hybrid work environment, supporting the development lifecycle from coding to deployment while working closely with cross-functional teams and mentors.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full‑stack software features that impact real customers.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality code; participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
- Debug and resolve software defects across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Work with CI/CD tools and support deployment/maintenance activities for services and applications.
- Participate as a member of a Scrum/Agile team and attend regular sprint ceremonies.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program (Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
- Familiarity with both frontend and backend development concepts.
- Comfortable discussing application and API architectures with developers and designers.
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Travis, or similar CI/CD systems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and fundamental programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working on Scrum teams.
- Curiosity about AI and experience or interest in using AI tools to solve problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a self‑starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship (the team does not sponsor internships).

Program Details & Schedule
- 12‑week summer internship (two cohort options):
- Cohort 1: Monday, May 17 – Friday, August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)
- Cohort 2: Monday, June 14 – Friday, September 3, 2027 (12 weeks)
- Hybrid work model based at the assigned office location; exact team location determined by the hiring team.
- Relocation stipend will be provided when applicable.
- Hands-on projects with mentorship, learning opportunities, and exposure to cross-functional teams.
