What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Software Engineering Associate to join an Assurance Innovation & Technology team in Rosemont, IL. This role focuses on hands-on software development, product innovation, and supporting assurance engagements that improve financial reporting, compliance, and decision-making through technology.

• Develop software solutions using computer science and engineering principles
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, code, test, maintain
• Collaborate on solution architecture and scalable software design
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Support client engagements by translating business needs into technical solutions
• Use data and tools to generate insights and recommend improvements
• Continuously learn new technologies and apply intellectual curiosity to improve processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients; participate in project planning and decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
• Entry-level / associate candidates who are in their final academic year or have just completed degree requirements
• Ability to work in Rosemont, IL and travel up to 20% as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus where applicable.
