What You’ll Do

This entry-level Software Engineering Associate role sits within the Assurance Innovation & Technology (AIT) practice. You’ll contribute to software and product innovation that enhances financial reporting, compliance, and decision-making for clients. Expect hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and structured learning to grow your technical skills.

• Developing software solutions using core computer science and engineering principles
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Engaging in code reviews to uphold quality and coding standards
• Collaborating with engineers, solution architects, and client-facing teams to implement scalable architecture
• Applying solution architecture and software design skills to meet business requirements
• Using data to inform insights, debug issues, and support technical recommendations
• Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new tools, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies
• Contributing to client engagements with professionalism and clear communication
• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• This is an entry-level associate position; candidates should have completed or be completing their final academic year of degree requirements
• Strong problem-solving mindset, collaboration skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will comply with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
