  • Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools daily for implementation, debugging, refactoring, test generation, and code review — apply engineering judgment to prompt, steer, and validate AI-generated code
  • Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and integrate security practices across the software lifecycle
  • Use collaboration and version control tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks; pivot across areas of software development as projects require

  • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: software engineering, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, or computer architecture
  • Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Java, C++, C#, Python, etc.) and familiarity with object-oriented design
  • Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) as a core part of daily engineering practice — experience prompting, steering, and validating AI-generated code

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
