What You’ll Do

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code using modern development practices (code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD) and developer experience (DevX) principles.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and techniques to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and incorporate AI-derived insights into product features.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design, implement features, and own delivery from development through test automation to production.
• Design software that is simple to use and easy to extend so customers can customize functionality to meet their needs.
• Contribute to new product and feature design while improving and maintaining existing product components with an eye toward performance and scale.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2+ years of professional software development experience with Java or another object-oriented language.
• Practical interest in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or feature sets—evaluating how AI can add value and surface trustworthy insights.
• Strong JavaScript skills and enthusiasm for the Web as a platform; hands-on familiarity with component-based approaches (Lit.js or similar).
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience with development tools and environments: IDEs, debuggers, build systems, source control, profilers, and Unix-based system administration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation, continuous integration, and strong unit testing habits.
• Understanding of performance optimization and scaling considerations for web applications and services.
• Prior work with enterprise SaaS platforms or managing platform instances is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative and design thinking into product outcomes.

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: West Palm Beach, FL.
• Work persona (onsite, hybrid, or remote) may vary depending on the team and role. Candidates should be able to work in the US and be available to align with the local office or team persona if required.
