What You’ll Do
This Software Engineer Summer Internship offers hands-on experience building and maintaining production software with a Confidential Client in the cybersecurity space. As an intern you will:
- Contribute to design, implementation, testing, and debugging of software features.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development workflows (version control, CI/CD).
- Write clear, maintainable code and automated tests.
- Investigate and help resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Present work and learnings to the team during the internship.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for early-career developers who are curious, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS/cybersecurity environment.
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Practical coding experience (class projects, personal projects, internships).
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
- Willingness to learn new languages, tools, and frameworks quickly.
Preferred (Nice-to-have) Skills
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development, APIs, or cloud platforms.
