What You’ll Do

You will join a service software development team that supports field service products and integrations. Your work will help deliver stable, maintainable applications that simplify operations and improve customer outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain application integration solutions that simplify business processes and improve service delivery.
  • Provide application support: assist with installation and configuration, deliver user support, and quickly diagnose and fix software issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, and engineers to deliver elegant, production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to software design and architecture, requirements analysis, and evaluation of new technologies for service products.
  • Work with the core development team to ensure seamless integration of service offerings into existing software platforms.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements and best practices across the codebase and development lifecycle.

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in software development and debugging.
  • Working knowledge of database design and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, computer networking, and cloud computing.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems engineering, systems engineering, and business systems architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Self-starter: innovative, independent, and takes initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on service or field-facing software products.
  • Background integrating applications across enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Location

  • Starting salary range: $95,000 to $100,000 per year. Pay is determined by factors including a candidate’s experience, relevant skills, and qualifications.
  • Location: Norwood, MA. This role is based in Norwood and will primarily work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement as required by the confidential client.
