What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Software Engineer to build the next generation of AI-native, high-performance interfaces and full-stack features that power revenue teams. You will work onsite in San Francisco, CA and participate across the product lifecycle — from user research and prototyping to shipping reliable production features.

  • Build pixel‑perfect, performant front-end experiences and collaborate closely with backend, infrastructure, applied AI, and design teams.
  • Design and implement scalable, durable systems that support asynchronous and real-time workflows.
  • Serve as a key interface between front-end and back-end engineers to integrate multi-agent workflows and enterprise features.
  • Conduct front-end UX/UI research and implement design-aligned interfaces while optimizing for performance and accessibility.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of product features: define requirements, write clean code, test, and monitor in production.
  • Work with customers and product teams to translate feedback into reliable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • ~2 years of professional experience delivering product features end-to-end.
  • ~2 years experience with front-end frameworks such as TypeScript and React (or similar).
  • ~2 years experience with Python.
  • Experience working across the stack (e.g., Flask, AWS) to build production cloud applications.
  • Experience building large-scale, real-time distributed systems and backend data infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing enterprise RBAC (role-based access control) authentication systems and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience building graph-based data resolution systems.

Preferred / Additional Skills

  • Strong product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and performance.
  • Experience collaborating directly with customers and participating in customer calls.
  • Familiarity with designing for redundancy, scaling, and operational durability in cloud environments.
  • Solid testing, debugging, and monitoring practices for production services.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
