What You’ll Do

• Develop and scale advertising and monetization infrastructure across the full stack using Python and React.
• Build and ship production-grade features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Act as a forward-deployed engineer: work directly with clients to troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement tailored technical solutions.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to architect new features and maintain high-availability services that serve large volumes of AI interactions.
• Help define the monetization layer for LLM/chatbot products and ensure reliability under production traffic.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a generalist software engineer who has shipped end-to-end features in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and React; comfort working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose production issues, own customer-facing technical work, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously and iterating quickly with a small, founder-led team.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.

• Experience building or operating advertising, monetization, or high-throughput event systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, chatbots, or AI-driven application architectures.
• Experience with observability, performance tuning, and scalable system design.
