What You’ll Do
- Design and build full‑stack product features from concept through production.
- Develop customer‑facing applications, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Build software that automates complex laboratory and data‑analysis workflows.
- Apply machine learning techniques to solve challenging real‑world engineering problems.
- Write clean, scalable, production‑quality Python code and tests.
- Collaborate directly with scientists, customers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to architecture, product direction, and engineering best practices within a small, collaborative team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience building and shipping production software.
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Full‑stack development experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React or TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a desire to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Equity
- Base Salary: $90,000–$160,000 (based on experience and location).
- Competitive equity package.

- This position is on‑site in Salt Lake City, UT.
- Applicants located in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City are preferred.
