What You’ll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software components and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues; monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help continuously improve engineering practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in software development — practical experience building production software.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (for example: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration), debugging, and source control (Git).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, or demonstrable practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and observability tooling.
• Background in security best practices, performance tuning, or financial services systems.
