What You’ll Do

• Contribute expert-level code samples, debugging strategies, and development insights in Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks across large, diverse codebases.
• Implement robust new features with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and software engineering best practices.
• Refactor and modernize legacy systems to improve clarity, performance, and long-term reliability.
• Document technical reasoning, solution approaches, and code decisions to improve AI training data quality and team knowledge transfer.
• Review and validate peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant hands-on expertise in at least one of: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems, resolve issues, and deliver performance optimizations.
• Experience with large-codebase refactoring and legacy system modernization.
• Track record of delivering high-impact features from conception through delivery on cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear technical documentation and code review feedback.
