  • Partner with Product Security stakeholders to define tooling strategy through risk assessments and architectural reviews
  • Implement observability, performance monitoring, and response processes to ensure reliability during security incidents

What You’ll Need

  • Proven software engineering experience with event-driven systems, data ingestion pipelines, and internal automation/monitoring tools
  • Production experience with Golang and/or Python; familiarity with React, Angular, and TypeScript is a plus
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, software cryptographic signing, and open-source dependency management
  • Experience with data engineering and datastore/queue systems (OpenSearch, Postgres, Kafka, SQS, etc.) and owning their health and capacity
  • Experience managing end-to-end SDLC with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery focus
  • Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs — using them for productivity and building services that leverage LLMs
  • Experience with configuration management/orchestration tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet, etc.)
  • Background in Product Security (platforms or customer-facing SaaS apps) and broad awareness of threat landscape and TTPs
  • Hands-on experience monitoring and analyzing telemetry from applications and infrastructure
  • Experience in Security Operations and/or Incident Response
  • Comfortable operating in cloud-scale Linux environments (AWS or GCP preferred)
  • Strong judgment: independent contributor with the ability to collaborate and escalate appropriately

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range (U.S.): $120,000 - $180,000 per year

  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs
  • Paid parental and adoption leave; competitive vacation and holidays
