What You’ll Do
- Own assigned features and development workstreams from design through delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable code and corresponding unit tests.
- Follow SDLC tenets and participate in code reviews and QA processes.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and senior engineering teammates to understand requirements and domain terminology.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and iterate based on user and system feedback.
- Contribute to improving engineering processes and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum ~3 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrable experience writing unit tests and producing production-quality code.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices.
- Comfortable learning domain-specific terminology for analytics and financial services workflows.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
